Phone support for non ZRD supplied or installed equipment or suggestions for improvement is best utilized from
10:00am to 12:00am, M-F. We dedicate this time to future customers that need answers to planned upgrades or require
replacing their existing equipment due to age or problems. We are assisting customers and performing fabrication from 8:00am to 5pm. If you are unable to
reach us during normal hours, you may send us an email or leave a phone message and we will respond as soon as possible. Our
production facilities are NOT located at our mailing address and NOT Available for public viewing.
We are an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), not a generalized resale/retail location.
