Warranty (limited) & Return Policy

  


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchaser is responsible to ensure that any item purchased meets their requirements and will fit properly prior to purchase. ZRD, LLC will provide literature, drawings, or schematics as requested to assist purchaser with their decision process. Cancellations are not accepted after deposit has been received or items purchased have shipped, whichever comes first.

Purchaser is responsible for proper installation of all supplied materials. ZRD, LLC warrants that ZRD, LLC manufactured products will be free from defects in material, design, and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser listed on the invoice containing that item to the original purchaser only. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect on any ZRD, LLC manufactured product, a 1 year exchange only policy for a replacement component of the product is provided. All special order or custom build ZRD products are provided only a special limited 90 day warranty period. Products used in commercial (Non-Private) business are only provided a special limited 30 day warranty period to cover installation and check out. Prompt installation is required by all customers to allow for verification of items they purchased.

ZRD, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT EQUIPMENT, ACCESSORIES, and ADDITIONAL ITEMS NOT manufactured by ZRD, LLC. These items are warranted by their corresponding manufacturer. ZRD, LLC will assist if asked with obtaining a RGA from that manufacturer for those items.

This warranty does not cover any merchandise or component thereof which, in the opinion of ZRD, LLC, has been subjected to misapplication, abuse, improper maintenance, damages caused by non-authorized products attached to ZRD, LLC manufactured products, unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair, negligent handling, misuse, alteration, or an accident. Items being claimed for warranty must not be disassembled or any attempt made to repair them unless approval is given by ZRD, LLC. Breakage or damage resulting from installation or operation not in accordance with ZRD, LLC's published installation and operating instruction void any warranty.

Installation, Labor, travel, any freight charge, or any other expenses related to the installation, repair, or replacement of any defective part or accessory manufactured by ZRD, LLC or any other company is exempt from coverage.

WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURES AND REMEDIES: Contact ZRD, LLC for an RGA number prior to customer's prepaid shipment to ZRD, LLC. Failed part(s) are subject to factory inspection and approval prior to repair or replacement under warranty. At ZRD, LLC's election, appropriate repair or replacement of parts or accessories falls within the coverage afforded by this warranty.

Claims: If in the rare event a situation requires assistance from ZRD, LLC to resolve a claim, contact ZRD, LLC via email or phone. If after a diligent attempt to resolve an issue with ZRD, LLC, a customer feels they are unsatisfied with the resolution to the issue raised and they desire to pursue further action, the customer must file a claim within the proper venue of Brevard County, Florida to the agency having proper jurisdiction over the unsatisfactory resolved issue.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BY ZRD, LLC TO PURCHASER OR ANYONE CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR FOR ZRD, LLC. ZRD, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE HEREUNDER TO ANY PARTY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZRD, LLC BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, ANY EXPENSES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM DOWN TIME SUCH AS RENTAL OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, LODGING, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE, TOWING EXPENSES, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT.
