HAKE Yachts has incorporated ZRD provided valuable additional system design information. After in-depth analysis and consideration, HAKE Yachts installs ZRD designed and provided DC Gensets and 2nd High Output Dual ALternators on their Seaward Line model RK46 of Retracting Keel Sailboats. The top row shows the front and rear view from HAKE Yachts' ZRD 2nd High Output (12v220+amp) dual Alternator install. The second row shows HAKE Yacht's installation of a ZRD DC Genset (ZDCGE1222) inside their engine room along side of the propulsion engine. ZRD's exacting design allows for installations in the most compact locations.

On the right are images from an OEM boat builder's that makes Custom One-Off, Hand Made, Junk Rigged Schooners. ZRD assisted with system designs, supplied components, and manufactured others. He holds the same "99% is Not Good Enough" attitude that launched ZRD.

The two images on the first row show his progression of installing a ZRD supplied engine, complete with a ZRD 2nd High Output (12v220amp) Alternator and an OEM first alternator Serpentine Upgrade, an installed ZRD DC Genset (ZDCGE1222), 6 two volt (not a typo) batteries in series, and installed in each of the fuel tanks are ZRD manufactured fuel pick-up and returns.

The bottom two rows of four images show him using a ZRD supplied Complete Electrical System Design Layout. He started by making cut-out location placement holders for all of the electrical components. His near final design is rather elegant. A ZRD supplied 5 Kw inverter enables the vessel's owner to never want for 120vac power.

On the right are images from Multihull Technologies Inc. They are an OEM boat builder that designs and manufactures under the name Constellation Yachts. They build mono-hulls and especially catamarans to order. The images in the left column are from a 57 foot mono-hull they manufactured incorporating ZRD manufactured brackets and PTOs that were attached to their two 500hp Yanmar engines. The top picture shows the fronts of both engines as they are being installed in their beds prior to the installation of the ZRD PTOs and Brackets with direct attachment on a custom housing ILO an EAP.
