We offer planning, development, training, support, and installation (locally) if necessary. As part of our standard service, we accommodate requests for tailored applications. Our planning service has expanded to include a consulting service at the request of many satisfied customers. Our expertise applies to both sail and power vessels. When you purchase one of the many TSPs (Total System Packages) that ZRD, LLC offers, you become a member of the ZRD family. From the start of your relationship, you receive personalized attention, with an honest sincerity not found in many businesses any more. ZRD is a small Veteran Owned and Operated company, proudly Designing, Engineering, and most importantly Actually Manufacturing in the USA - Insourcing, Never Outsourcing is a paramount foundation at ZRD. This significant highly desirable feature allows ZRD to employ superior workmanship under exacting quality controls. Phone support (mostly technical fixes to NON ZRD supplied or installed equipment and suggestions for improvement) is best utilized from 10:00am to 12:00pm, M-F. We allocate this dedicated time to non-customers that need answers to planned upgrades, require a replacement due to age or evolving situations. We are assisting customers (phone support and on site) from 9am to 5pm and as necessary. If you are unable to reach us during normal hours, you may always leave us a message or email and we will respond as soon as possible. For those that are on voyages, we offer support 24/7, as necessary, to ensure their safety and comfort. Our business and personal guiding principle, "Any job, big or small: Do it Right, or Not at All", developed our logo, "You Deserve Us" . We are truly pleased to be of service. When Thomas Edison was asked how he felt about repeatedly failing to design a working light bulb, he replied, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that
won't work". Thomas Alva Edison was an early pioneer of electricity and worked tirelessly to develop the electric filament light bulb. He never let the failure of a certain
design let him down and he carefully learned from his designs. His attitude toward failure is the way one should consider living their life - everyone is going to make mistakes
and not get things right the first time. The way we handle this defines us. We all have plenty of experiences in our lives that could be considered failures, but I prefer to
view them as learning experiences. Every time we make a mistake, we should learn from it and become a stronger, better-informed person. The person we are today is the culmination
of the successes and failures that have befallen us throughout life. If we remove those failures, we would have nothing against which to measure our successes and nothing to have
learned from.
ZRD, LLC is located in central Florida, but our customer base is worldwide due to exceptional word of mouth recommendations. We have worldwide marine and aviation background under varied conditions. Our knowledge includes manufacturing, maintenance, and operations from the ground up.
